The 2020 Grassy Flat Sauvignon Blanc is very pale straw/green in colour, a wine exhibiting concentrated varietal aromas – kiwifruit, passionfruit and cut grass alongside attractive savoury spiced notes. The palate is light and bright with fresh vibrant fruits and an interesting layering of creaminess that enhances the finish. Great with seafood. A lovely light, easy drinking style.
